1.Concrete mixing plant site should be set up a place which is far way from living concentration area. If the site is nearly to living area, the side which nearly to living area should adopt sound arrester.

2.The cleaning effluent of concrete mixer,concrete truck must not discharge disorderly.Drainage ditch system and wastewater slurry sedimentation pool shall be set in the production area of concrete mixing plant. The wastewater after sedimentation treatment shall be reused to achieve zero discharge.

3.The concrete mixing plant shall be equipped with corresponding cleaning equipment to keep the concrete equipment and facilities clean and tidy. The concrete truck shall be washed and cleaned before leaving the factory.

4.The roads in the plant area of the concrete mixing plant and the ground of the production and operation area shall be dust-free hardened ground.

5.Measures shall be taken to keep the roads in the plant clean and there shall be no visible dust when vehicles are driving. The unhardened open space around the fence, living area and office area shall be afforested.

6.The concrete mixing plant shall regularly renovate the mixing building (station), material (drum) hoppers and pump truck to keep them beautiful and tidy.
