The correct navigation of large ships is inseparable from the captain's steering, and the smooth operation of the batching plant is also inseparable from the correct implementation of the operators. In order to ensure the normal operation of the concrete mixing plant, the operator shall do a rigorous inspection before work:

1. Check the transmission, moving parts, bin door, bucket door and track in the mixing drum and various supporting arrangements to ensure that there are no foreign matters stuck;  

2. Ensure that the oil level height of each oil tank meets the requirements;  

3. Open the valve to discharge the excessive water from the water separator of the air pipe line, and open the blowdown plug of the air tank to discharge the oil-water mixture;

4. Ensure that the bolts at all parts have been fastened, the feed and discharge valves have no over limit wear, and the tension of each conveyor belt is appropriate without deviation;

5. Ensure that all concrete batching plant’s control and flashing of weighing equipment work normally and make its accuracy meet the requirements;

6. Ensure that all electrical equipment can effectively control the mechanical action, and there is no obvious harm at all contact points and dynamic and static contacts.
